Chief Executive Officer
Julieann Esper Rainville, CEO of Power Factors, has 27 years of software leadership experience in complex markets like healthcare and supply chain management.
Known for scaling high-growth organizations and expanding through acquisitions, she previously served as President of PointClickCare and held senior roles at Cyncly, UKG, and Advent International. Additionally, she has been a board member for Viventium and Azalea Health.
Her accolades include being ranked #1 in the Top 25 Women Leaders in Healthcare Software, receiving the Stevie Silver Award for Female Executive of the Year, and being shortlisted for Woman of the Year by Women in IT. Julieann holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School.
ilan Tordjaman
Chief Financial Officer
Ilan Tordjaman, the Chief Financial Officer of Power Factors, began his career at GE, where he rose to the position of CFO for GE Healthcare's Patient and Asset Management SaaS business.
In 2013, Ilan transitioned to the renewable energy sector, serving as CFO and VP at SunEdison. In 2015, he joined Oaktree Capital to consolidate the renewable independent service provider market under MaxGen, which was sold to New Mountain Capital in 2020. He also incubated and sold BryteMove, an EV charging business.
Ilan played a crucial role in the investment in Power Factors in 2016, scaling it to a global leader in renewable energy operations software and leading to a successful exit to Vista Equity Partners in 2021.
Ilan holds a Master of Finance from Emlyon Business School. With over a decade of experience in the renewables space, he brings valuable strategic leadership to the Office of the CFO at Power Factors.
Magnus Henriksson
Chief Revenue Officer
Magnus Henriksson, Chief Revenue Officer at Power Factors, leads the company’s Sales and Marketing efforts, Go-to-Market Operations, and Solutions Engineering.
Overseeing a global team of over 50 professionals, Magnus is instrumental in uniting revenue-generating teams to drive organizational growth and achieve strategic objectives. He is known for his approachable leadership style and dedication to fostering a collaborative environment where teams can thrive and deliver outstanding results.
With extensive experience as a Senior GTM Executive, Magnus has a proven track record in SaaS, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services. He has successfully scaled multiple businesses and implemented strategies that have driven significant industry advancements. Magnus holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gothenburg University and is a dedicated renewable energy enthusiast and Vista Pinnacle graduate.
Abilash Krishnan
Chief Product Officer
Abilash Krishnan, Chief Product Officer at Power Factors, leads the company's product vision, innovation, design, and development.
He brings a robust technical background with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s degree from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, where he specialized in Wind Turbine Design.
Abilash is renowned for his ability to solve complex problems, his strategic thinking, and his leadership of product teams. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded the development of numerous products and showcased his expertise by presenting at industry conferences.
With nearly a decade of experience in the renewables industry, Abilash began his professional journey in deep data analysis for renewable assets, demonstrating his long-standing commitment to the field.
Russ Butler
Chief Technology Officer
Russ Butler, Chief Technology Officer of Power Factors, oversees product development, cloud, and IT operations, leveraging his extensive experience to drive innovation and develop scalable enterprise solutions.
Prior to joining Power Factors, he served as the CTO at MRI Software and held executive roles at IBM, MICROS/Oracle, and AT&T.
With a strong background in enterprise and data integration technologies, Russ has collaborated across a diverse spectrum of industries, including real estate, hospitality, and retail.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and enjoys riding his road bike in the Virginia countryside.
George Konstantoulakis
Chief Delivery Officer
George Konstantoulakis, Chief Delivery Officer at Power Factors, brings extensive technical and engineering expertise to the team. His experience spans more than 25 years across monitoring, management, and control solutions for the energy and telecommunications industries. George was the co-founder and CTO of Inaccess Networks, now part of Power Factors.
George holds degrees in electrical and computer engineering, with a PhD in telecommunications, from the National Technical University in Athens, Greece. He has initiated and managed the PRO3 project and is an active member IEEE and the Technical Chamber of Commerce.
Sarah Le Roy
Chief People & Culture Officer
Sarah Le Roy, Chief People & Culture Officer at Power Factors, spearheads the organization’s Human Resources and Culture initiatives. With a wealth of experience in human capital management, Sarah has successfully led and advised both public and private equity-backed organizations, transforming them into strategically focused, globally competitive enterprises.
Sarah is known for her expertise in talent assessment and acquisition, organizational design, M&A, and ESG & DEIB initiatives. Her leadership fosters a dynamic and inclusive workforce that drives the company’s growth and success.
Before joining Power Factors, Sarah held key roles at industry giants such as Forrester, Goldman Sachs, and RSA Security . Her extensive experience spans diverse industries, including technology, life sciences, and financial services.
Sarah holds an MBA in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Art in Religion & Literary Studies from Williams College.
Deborah Beatty
Chief Strategy Officer
Deborah Beatty, Chief Strategy Officer at Power Factors, is focused on shaping the company’s strategic direction and fostering growth. With a strong background in developing & operationalizing innovative strategies across diverse markets, Deborah is passionate about leveraging new technologies to drive success.
Before joining Power Factors, Deborah was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Analytics at PointClickCare. Her career also includes notable positions such as Head of Strategy for Middle East & Africa at Apple Inc., COO of Monitor Company, and Vice President of Digital at Astral Media and Corus Entertainment.
Deborah earned her MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Princeton University. She brings a blend of strategic insight and genuine enthusiasm to her role at Power Factors.
Gopal Nagarajan

Gopal Nagarajan, Chief Customer Officer at Power Factors, leads the organization’s customer success, professional services, and customer support initiatives. With decades of leadership experience, Gopal has a proven track record of driving growth and transforming businesses into customer-centric enterprises.
Known for his expertise in strategic planning and building high-performing teams, Gopal has a deep understanding of not only what success looks like but also the journey it takes to get there. He is passionate about building lasting organizations that are laser-focused on delivering exceptional value to customers.
Before joining Power Factors, Gopal held key roles at innovative enterprise software companies such as OpenPages (IBM), eQuilibrium (EnerNOC), Aveksa (RSA Security), and Neo4j.
He holds a BS in Physics from the University of Madras, an MS in Computer Science from Syracuse University, and an MS in Business Administration from Boston University.
