In her leadership role as CEO, Julieann leads the overall strategy and operations for Power Factors, scaling the company through its rapid global growth to support the renewable energy transition. She has spent the last three decades building software and SaaS businesses to scale across complex industries and software verticals.
Previously, she was an Operating Partner with global private equity investor Advent International, President of healthcare software provider PointClickCare, and held senior leadership roles at Cyncly and UKG. She currently is on the board of Smartlinx and previously served with Viventium and Azalea Health.
Earlier in her career, Julieann worked in venture capital and investment banking, where she first developed her deep commitment to the software sector. She has been recognized as #1 in the Top 25 Women Leaders in Healthcare Software by Healthcare Technology Report, Female Executive of the Year by the Stevie Awards, and was on Women in IT’s Shortlist for Woman of the Year.
She attended Smith College with a major in Mathematics and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.

Deborah Beatty
Chief Strategy Officer
Deborah Beatty, Chief Strategy Officer at Power Factors, is focused on shaping the company’s strategic direction and fostering growth. With a strong background in developing & operationalizing innovative strategies across diverse markets, Deborah is passionate about leveraging new technologies to drive success.
Before joining Power Factors, Deborah was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Analytics at PointClickCare. Her career also includes notable positions such as Head of Strategy for Middle East & Africa at Apple Inc., COO of Monitor Company, and Vice President of Digital at Astral Media and Corus Entertainment.
Deborah earned her MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Princeton University. She brings a blend of strategic insight and genuine enthusiasm to her role at Power Factors.

Russ Butler
Chief Technology Officer
Russ Butler, Chief Technology Officer of Power Factors, oversees product development, cloud, and IT operations, leveraging his extensive experience to drive innovation and develop scalable enterprise solutions.
Prior to joining Power Factors, he served as the CTO at MRI Software and held executive roles at IBM, MICROS/Oracle, and AT&T.
With a strong background in enterprise and data integration technologies, Russ has collaborated across a diverse spectrum of industries, including real estate, hospitality, and retail.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and enjoys riding his road bike in the Virginia countryside.

Magnus Henriksson
Chief Revenue Officer
Magnus Henriksson, Chief Revenue Officer at Power Factors, leads the company’s Sales and Marketing efforts, Go-to-Market Operations, and Solutions Engineering.
Overseeing a global team of over 50 professionals, Magnus is instrumental in uniting revenue-generating teams to drive organizational growth and achieve strategic objectives. He is known for his approachable leadership style and dedication to fostering a collaborative environment where teams can thrive and deliver outstanding results.
With extensive experience as a Senior GTM Executive, Magnus has a proven track record in SaaS, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services. He has successfully scaled multiple businesses and implemented strategies that have driven significant industry advancements. Magnus holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gothenburg University and is a dedicated renewable energy enthusiast and Vista Pinnacle graduate.

Albert Hofeldt, PhD
Chief Product Officer
Albert Hofeldt, PhD, is Chief Product Officer at Power Factors, where he drives innovation and shapes the company’s portfolio of renewable energy software solutions. Focusing on AI-driven technologies, Albert and his team develop solutions that help portfolio owners and operators manage renewable energy assets with confidence and operational insight.
With three decades building software and the last decade in renewables, Albert has held senior technology & product leadership roles at leading cleantech & fintech companies, most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Stem, where he led a 200-person team advancing intelligent energy solutions. He holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oxford and is passionate about creating products that help shape the future of renewable energy.

George Konstantoulakis
Executive Director, SCADA and EMS
George Konstantoulakis, Executive Director, SCADA and EMS at Power Factors, brings extensive technical and engineering expertise to the team. His experience spans more than 25 years across monitoring, management, and control solutions for the energy and telecommunications industries. George was the co-founder and CTO of Inaccess Networks, now part of Power Factors.
George holds degrees in electrical and computer engineering, with a PhD in telecommunications, from the National Technical University in Athens, Greece. He has initiated and managed the PRO3 project and is an active member IEEE and the Technical Chamber of Commerce.

Ricardo Wigman
Chief Delivery Officer
Ricardo is the Chief Delivery Officer at Power Factors, where he leads global delivery of the company's SCADA, EMS, and PPC business. He brings a track record of driving complex renewable energy projects to success and establishing high standards for delivery across wind, solar, and storage portfolios.
With more than two decades of experience in the energy sector, Ricardo has led high-performing teams at leading technology companies, including GE Vernova, where he served as General Manager of Grid Software for EMEA, and Atos, where he was Executive Vice President of Consulting & Business Systems Integration for LATAM. Ricardo holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Insper and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications) from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.

Jeff Wong
Chief Customer Officer
Jeff is the Chief Customer Officer at Power Factors, where he leads the organization’s customer functions globally including customer success, professional services, and support. With his team of renewable energy experts, Jeff supports Power Factors’ 600+ enterprise customers in more than 70 countries as they scale the development and management of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage.
Jeff has two decades of experience overseeing customer functions for SaaS and services businesses, with an established track record of building and leading customer-first organizations. Most recently, Jeff served as the Chief Customer Officer at FORM, where he led global customer operations across the entire form.com customer suite. He holds a BA from Colby College and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
